This used to be my all time favorite spots for good chili but it has not been the same since they changed owners. Third time I’ve gotten my order wrong, it was my fault for not checking before I left with my food. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location anymore

Once upon a time this was a great place to grab a quick bit and some great icecream. Unfortunately they don't have the same owners as before and the new owners have poorly trained staff. Did not feel very welcomed in restaurant. I had the feeling we were being rushed even though it was an hour and a half before closing and all we wanted was icecream. They managed to mess that up. I'll give a quick example. My husband ordered an old fashioned banana split. Unfortunately they forgot the banana. Wow! My order was messed up too. It was supposed to have 3 different toppings and only came with one. Won't be going back.

I only went there because someone told me about the CHILI CHEESE FRIES! It was good. I don't know about anything else. I'm always looking for some good chili.

I walked in one day and was looked at up and down. I knew it was racial discrimination, especially when I was asked for 3 forms of identification at the bar. The dirty looks and service I received made me never go back. Sad thing is, that I live two blocks away. I'm a proud Garfield Ridge community member. I can't believe racist places like that still exist in Chicago.
